My favorite “fast foods”

I don't like buying too much premade food, and I don't need to very often since I meal plan. But, today I thought it might be fun to share some of my personal favorite "fast foods" when I'm in need something on the go.

1. SUSHI + SPRING ROLLS! low calorie density, oil free, vegan + gluten free option, that is most of all delicous. My go to when eating out.

2. mush OVERNIGHT OATS: obviously something you can make yourself, but this list is about convenience. I like the PB flavor with protein. I usually eat this if I'm on the way to a workout class and didn't eat breakfast

3. AVOCADO OR PB + BANANA on Food For Life Baking Co. English muffins: pretty self explanatory!

4. Lastly Dr. McDougall's Right Foods snacks! this is more of a special treat, but I like that their products are all vegan, oil free, and don't have any preservatives or other sketchy ingredients!
